Possible FF VII-2 coming?

Final Fantasy VII-2 will be produced one day.

The person who said this game will actually be released one day was the producer Yoshinori Kitase, he has worked with the franchise since its early days.

Final Fantasy VII is the most idolized game of the Final Fantasy series by fans, and in addition to confirming that they will begin to develop a follow up story. Though this game is already being considered a remake of Final Fantasy VII with the same story but with changes to its graphics and other small things, well, for now it’s only a promise.
